Independent Third-Party Review

Independent Third-Party Review

The primary purpose of an independent review is to assess and evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of a company’s governance framework, policies, procedures, internal controls, record keeping, and reporting practices. The review should determine whether the business is operating in compliance with regulatory guidance and the business’ own policies and procedures.

Conducting periodic independent reviews enables management to assess whether its governance framework and business practices are aligned with the strategic plan, core values, and mission statement.

Our Approach

In consultation with you, we will determine the scope of the review, procedures to be performed, and the level of transaction testing completed, if any. After the review is completed, we will formally document the findings of the review, and recommendations to management for corrective action, if any.
